How long is the rental?
Rentals are for one overnight sleepover. Pickup and return times will be arranged when your booking is confirmed.
Is setup included?
Our standard package is a DIY pickup rental with an easy-to-follow setup guide.
If you require delivery or setup, please contact us for availability and pricing.
What is the $100 Refundable Damage Deposit?
A refundable damage deposit is collected with every booking.
Once your rental has been returned and inspected, the full deposit will be refunded within 5 business days, provided all items are returned in good condition.
Can food or drinks be used inside the teepees?
To help keep our rental items beautiful for every family, we ask that food and drinks stay away from the bedding and décor.
Are the linens cleaned after every rental?
Absolutely! Every blanket, sheet, pillow cover, and fabric item is professionally laundered after each rental.
What if something gets damaged?
Accidents happen! If an item is damaged, lost, or requires excessive cleaning, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the refundable damage deposit.
